School leaders FOCUS on assisting stakeholders with resources on how to help the students at whatever level they are at academically, be it remedial, intermediate or advanced in order to show up to school.
School leaders Follow-Through on assisting stakeholders with resources on how to help the students be exposed to a classroom environment that is positive and a caring climate that is conducive to learning that allows for open discussion among students and teachers.
School leaders provide Feedback, coupled with resources on how stakeholders can open up opportunities for students to practice/demonstrate new skills s/he have been taught, whether it be displayed on the smart board or verbalized through a classroom debate, etc. to the real world.
